Cape May County has submitted a draft of the HMP to New Jersey Office of Emergency Management (NJOEM) for their review, and is currently working on completing the Final Plan to be submitted to FEMA. Sections of Volume I of the January 2010 Draft Plan, as submitted to NJOEM, may be downloaded below. As the jurisdictional annexes in Volume II are active work-in-progress, the downloadable sections of Volume II below represent updates since the January 2010 Draft Plan.
